I'm excited to introduce R.I.S.E. U.P., an amazing Kingdom community that provides a supportive and loving atmosphere to learn, grow, and develop your relationship with Jesus Christ.
Why is this community needed?
There is a noticeable void in equipping individuals with the necessary skills to navigate through change and transitions, while simultaneously nurturing a mindset of growth and leadership grounded in their identity in Jesus Christ.
This group coaching initiative goes beyond the limitations of a conventional curriculum; it embodies a transformative movement. This movement enables participants to see themselves as agents of change, fostering the conviction that they are adequately prepared to navigate transitions with success.
What does this mean?
If you're hoping to deepen your relationship with God and step into the MORE he has prepared for your life, this is the ideal community for you. It is structured to cater to a range of learning styles and offers multiple opportunities for growth.

What To Expect
INSTRUCTOR GUIDED EXPLORATION
Live presentations, teachings, and trainings used to introduce and dissect the topic of focus.
SELF-GUIDED DISCOVERY
Members will study scripture, journal, reflect, and watch pre-recorded videos or sermons to aid the weekly topic.
INTENSIVE IMPROVEMENT SESSIONS
Members are provided a safe space to process the curriculum privately to ensure individual success and comprehension.
DELIBERATIVE DIALOGUE (GROUP DISCUSSIONS)
Members will engage with their cohort on a platform about deliberate topics and support one another in their learning and discovery.

THE PROCESS
Studying God's Word to reveal truth (Romans 12:2) and making an intentional pivot in thought process that moves you from the old into the NEW, including a new mindset, new desires, and new decisions.
The use of Instructor Guided Exploration & Study, Deliberative Dialogues (Group Discussions), Self Guided Discovery & Reflection to facilitate the individual's journey through the Disruptive Transformation Process (DTP).
