Who We Are

Rise Up is operated by Leah Wiggs, doing business as Leah Wiggs Enterprise, a sole proprietorship. This policy applies to the Rise Up website, application form, and all related communications.

What We Collect

We collect only what you give us directly — your name and email through the application form, your mailing address for sending community resources and gifts, your responses to the application, and payment information at the time of enrollment. We do not use cookies or tracking tools on this site.

Your Mailing Address

​

Your address is collected for mailing purposes only — community gifts and physical resources. It will never be sold, shared, or used for anything else.

How We Use It

​

Your information is used to review your application, send onboarding details if accepted, deliver physical resources, process your membership payment, and communicate with you about Rise Up. That's it. We will never sell or share your data for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

​

Rise Up uses Kit for email communications, Circle to host the private community, a third-party payment processor for secure billing — your card details are never stored by Leah Wiggs Enterprise directly — and Wix to host this website.

Data Security

Application responses are reviewed by Leah personally and are not distributed to outside parties. We take reasonable precautions to protect your information, though no electronic system is completely without risk.

Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. You can also unsubscribe from emails at any time via the link in any message we send. Reach out directly, and we'll respond within 10 business days.

Children's Privacy

Rise Up is for women 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us, and we'll remove it immediately.
